1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ezspin2 ("ezspin2", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ezspin2.club. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered through the ezspin2 platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other permitted means.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions that would render your use of the platform unlawful.

ezspin2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in games and promotions on ezspin2, you must register a Player Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ezspin2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one active account on ezspin2. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, contact ezspin2 support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ezspin2 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. ezspin2 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ezspin2 operates under an international gaming authority licence that mandates Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. You may be required to submit identity documents (government-issued photo ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits & Payments

ezspin2 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your ezspin2 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor.

ezspin2 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All payments must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where reasonably practicable.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

ezspin2 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) banking business day of receipt and approval of a complete, verified request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed from the associated funds. ezspin2 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts as required by its regulatory obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ezspin2 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotions to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except upon satisfying applicable wagering requirements;
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and/or deposit, as stated) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is granted;
• Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements — refer to individual promotion pages for contribution percentages;
• ezspin2 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors is detected;
• A Player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.2 Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of games, exploit software errors, use automated software or bots, or engage in coordinated play designed to circumvent bonus terms constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games available on ezspin2 — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface or sportsbook market. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules.

For sportsbook betting: all bets are accepted subject to ezspin2's published sportsbook rules, including settlement procedures for abandoned or postponed events, the treatment of void bets, and Asian Handicap calculation methods. Sportsbook odds are subject to change before a bet is accepted. Once accepted, the odds at the time of bet placement are locked.

ezspin2's gaming systems and RNG engines are independently certified. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes and cannot be influenced by any party, including ezspin2 staff. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the outcome will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of disconnection.

8. Responsible Gaming

ezspin2 is committed to responsible gaming and provides Players with the following tools to manage their play. These tools are accessible via account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Requests are processed without delay. Once a self-exclusion is active, ezspin2 will not process any re-registration attempts from the same individual for the stated exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ezspin2 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person;
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using VPNs or proxy services to misrepresent your geographic location or to circumvent platform restrictions;
• Conducting charge-backs or payment reversals without first raising the matter with ezspin2 support.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on ezspin2 — including but not limited to the platform software, game content, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of ezspin2 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ezspin2.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezspin2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. ezspin2's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ezspin2 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical failures, system outages, or third-party payment processing delays beyond our reasonable control.

12. Privacy & Data

Your use of ezspin2 is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ezspin2 processes personal data in accordance with its obligations under applicable data protection laws and its regulatory licence requirements.

13. Termination

ezspin2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other Players or the integrity of the platform. Upon termination for cause, ezspin2 may withhold balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than cause (e.g., Player-initiated closure), any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ezspin2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of ezspin2's international gaming authority licence. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact ezspin2 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. ezspin2 maintains an internal dispute resolution process and will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
